My girl Hannah has started a meal-prep and workout program and yall… the results I’m seeing from people are pretty incredible. And her meals…freakin yummy! Not gonna lie - I’m a little bummed that I’m missing out on it this summer thanks to being in preggo mode, but I know exactly what I’ll be doing / eating this fall!! (truth be told, i’ve been making them because they’re super healthy and yummy but i’m just eating more than the normal portion!)
